2).All shoes are shipped directly from warehouse.When we shipped out shoes, we will email you the tracking number.

3).There is 1-2 days processing period once payment is received. Once shoes are shipped , we will email you with tracking number so you may track your order. You will have your products within 7-14 business days (not counting weekends or Holidays). Most orders are processed and received by customers within 10 days . Some orders may take longer due to uncontrollable circumstance.

4).If your shoes are out of stock, We will email you to pick another pair of shoes. Please add sales@louboutinmall.comin your list so you will get emails from us.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

1). No refunds. Unless the incorrect size or incorrect model you received!

2). Exchanges policy

All exchanges must be addressed within 5 days of receiving products. In order to make an exchange, all shoes　must be in original, unworn, dead stock condition, with original packing or you will not qualify for an exchange. Exchanges can only be made if the products were factory defects and/or it was under our mistake.

Unacceptable reasons for exchange are customer chose wrong size/wrong color/wrong style/customer decides no longer wants.

We will exchange if we sent incorrect products or products are factory defective. A 15% Restocking Fee MAY Be Applied To Exchanges Depending On Each Circumstance; It May Be Waived Depending On The Circumstance Of The Order.
